Equipment Bug: Expert Forge Maul Not Equipping Despite Meeting Requirements

I'm a level 70 Warrior, and I recently acquired an Expert Forge Maul, a Two-Handed Mace. I meet all the displayed stat requirements, but I’m unable to equip the weapon.

The item has been modified, has three rune sockets, and is corrupted, but I’m not sure if that’s related to the issue.

I contacted support, but they said they couldn’t assist and directed me to post here.

I’ve triple-checked the requirements myself and even had a knowledgeable friend verify them—my character meets all the requirements shown, yet the weapon still won’t equip.

The displayed stat requirements can only be changed by modifiers on the item itself. If you have modifiers that globally change requirements, they won't be reflected on the item's tooltip.

If you have Giant's Blood allocated, you will need to have 3x the stats that the weapon shows that it requires.
