Trial of chaos Bug

I killed the final boss in a 75 lvl 4th ascendency trial but died during the boss fight due to damage over time, I am unable to close the chaos gate and I have tried resetting the instance and that didnt work. Now it is stuck open and I can't enter the zone either.

The door is now shut and I am unable to insert another coin or start the trial again
