At relog after crash on T16+2 map there were no portals on map and all loot disappeared from my inv

I'm having trouble finding adequate words for what happened. I've never seen anything like this in any game.

Situation: I'm farming a juiced t16-map +2 (82lvl) with Altar and Breach (with Meteor shrine in 3sec from Breach), I've cleared ~80% of the map, in my pocket I have a couple of items with potential, as well as a white Stellar Amulet. And at one point game client crashed.
Okay, it happens, I'll restart and thinking about portals into maps.
But there are no portals. It's a shame, of course, but at least I got something out of the map. And then I see that I have NOTHING saved in my inventory.

How. is. that. possible? Contents of the inventory remained the same as it was before entering the map? Come on.

p.s. it wasn't a server rollback: my t16-waystone disappeared and my map with 10+ modifiers from towers lost all bonuses due to the “was attempted to pass” status.

Bump, for the third time in a week after game crashes on map, all loot for a map disappears from my inventory.

This has happened to me so many times. Hurts when you're broke in game and have valuables in your inventory before crash.
