Losing loot, when boss and yourself dies.

When i was doing Arbiter for the 2nd time around, i manage to kill the boss. But he got me at the same time, this is the 2nd time it's happened to me (not the same boss).

The thing with this is that, if both dies the boss only drops the Book for atlas skills.

you get nothing else, even tho you can see the loot popping up when you laying dead, but if you release to get back to life, all loot disappears and the book is only thing you will get.

It's kind of frustrating to farm the things you need, you manage to kill it, and you die due to the boss doing 2 instant kill mechanics over each other. (meteor, where you need to go to the middle. A mega beam over the the spot you need to go to.) So when this is happening i manage to kill him but the mechanics is still going and kills me. In the end, i end up with 0 loot besides the Atlas book.

This ended up under PoE1 for some reason.
