FPS stuck at 50-54

I started playing yesterday and the game was performing fine at 144 fps. earlier today i was playing and it was still fine however a few hours later i log back in and all of the sudden my fps was capped at around 54 and it kept flickering between 50-54 fps. ive tried looking around for a fix and trying them out but none of them works for me.

been playing with vulkan as the renderer and im on a new rig that i got recently



RTX 4060 TI graphics card
Ryzen 7800X3D CPU
16gb ddr5 ram
