PS5 couch coop items disappearing in maps (end game)

Having a bug tonight where while playing in couch coop on PS5, items that drop in maps disappear before monsters die and are not claimable. Lost a level 19 skill gem and a red unique. Some items drop in an invisible state, you just see the color flare and can’t claim them. Makes the game completely unplayable. Other items appear briefly and if the monsters die fast enough can be claimed before they disappear.
