Option to turn off text narration when browsing gems

Hi, I'd like to request the option to turn off text narration when browsing gems in the UI. It's quite annoying to switch between gems with a controller and have the narrator start/stop abruptly all the time, as we cannot use a mouse to select the gem we want immediately. It feels like this option should be tied to tutorials, but after turning off tutorials the narration still occurs.
