[SOLVED] Guild Stash Tab Donation Issue - Coins Vanishing

Hello,

Me and my friend are running a guild, and we've encountered an issue with guild stash tab donations. A few weeks ago, when we created the guild, my friend donated approximately 500 coins (I can't remember the exact amount) from his in-game wallet to the guild. However, these coins never appeared in the guild wallet.

Today, he mentioned that he never received the coins back from the first transaction, but he made another donation and successfully got the stash tabs. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again today with a 500-coin donation followed by a 200-coin donation. On the second attempt, a brief message appeared on-screen stating "Your transaction...", but it vanished before we could read it.

We would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. I will also send this as an e-mail to support with full account details

Members of my guild have had the same issue, but we all have received the donated amount back to our account without submitting a ticket or contacting GGG regarding it.

the work around we have done is to transfer leadership to whomever wants to donate or buy something for the guild, then after purchase give leadership back. It works for us because we are all friends outside of POE.

We had this issue as well but we found out that when coin amount exceeds certain treshold (in dozens) clan leader has to somehow accept those coins - I believe it had to be done somewhere in their profile or in clan profile on this website. Or maybe email?

/e: My clan leader is not online right now so I cant ask for any details, sorry. All I know is that he had to take an extra step before coins appeared.

My friend made me leader just before making the donation and there wasn't any message anywhere. Found it under the guild section of my account.

Imo, there should be a message when a donation is made.

"Be sure your guild master accepts the donation on the guild section on our website" for the donor.
"Incoming donation from a member. Make sure you go on the website..""
