No loot and character missing on POE2 account page

I just finished act 3 and have gone into cruel act 1. My parter and I were playing together, he on xbox, me on ps5. All of a sudden we went into Red Vale and engaged in a battle then next thing I know, nothing is dropping for me. My parter can see the loot but I can't. I tried going back in time to other acts to see if loot would drop and the only act it would allow me to access was Act 3. Again he is on xbox and I am on ps5. The reverse happened about a month ago where he was not able to see drops and I was able to see his.
We did notice that when I left the field and traveled back to camp, the items became available for him to pic up. on a side note, when I logged into this website, only my first character shows up (RavensRevenge)... however, I am currently playing a second character named Brother_Boy (monk).
