PS5- Disconnection issues every time i use a Portal!

How its possible that a problem like this has months without solving? 30$ plus 25$ on microtransactions and i cannot play the game properly, every time i warp, every time i use the portal , the game crash, something like this should be priority to fix and somehow not a single developer, tweet, nothing, its like the problem doesnt exist at all, no communication, i feel scammed.
