Trial of Chaos restart bug

I've recently died in ToC, i try to start a new one by putting the ultimatum and click open but it says the operation could not be completed. Earlier when i died there was a close button first but it's not there anymore. Visually the entrance seems open but when i try to enter "that subarea no longer exists" I tried restarting or entering other instances.
