PC freeze just like POE 2 hard reset needed.

I played POE 2 on my old PC with 24H2 and got those freezes mostly when changing instance or location. Then I upgraded my PC and it would still happen. Then I switched from 24H2 to 23H2; crashes still happen even more often but PC wasn't freezing. Later, I thought they fixed it on POE 2 so I switched back to 24H2 because Ryzen CPU's gets performance boost with that version. I didn't try POE 2 since so I don't know if it is fixed but I wanted to play POE 1 and the freezes are there.

Old PC :

CPU 10700k
GPU RTX 2080
RAM 16 gb 3600 MT's CAS 15

The ONLY thing that I kept the same from my older and new PC is my Graphics card.
I tried sending DxDiag in DM with a dev when I was using Opera GX and it wasnt working maybe I could try now on another browser.
