Solution for CPU Spikes?

Bringing this to GGG attention. POE2 is being recognized as POE1. After following this guide my game performance improved tremendously.

I havent played POE1 since like 2016 nor has it ever been installed on this machine. Yet for some reason Nvidia was recognizing it as POE1. I implore you guys to find a solution for this so people dont have to do stuff like this make the game function properly

Not 100% fix, I did a delerium breach map and hit 80 MS on the CPU while GPU stayed at 8. *Sigh* Guess I just try back in a few months and hope the game is playable.
