Game Screen Freezes, But Menus Work Fine

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with Path of Exile 2 and I'm looking for some help. Here are my PC specs:

Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING A520M-PLUS II, AMD AM4, mATX, DDR4

SSD: Kingston NV2 2 TB, M.2 2280 PCIe, NVMe

RAM: 2x Kingston Fury Beast, RGB, 16GB, 3200MHz, DDR4, CL16

GPU: RX 7600 XT AMD Challenger 16G OC, 16 GB GDDR6

The problem I'm facing is that the game's screen freezes, but when I press ESC, I can access the game's menu normally, change settings, etc. Only the character and the game screen are frozen. Sometimes, after a long time, the game resumes, but it freezes again shortly after.

I have tried the following solutions without success:

Switching from DirectX to Vulkan

Enabling and disabling HDR and V-Sync

Turning on and off Engine Multithreading

Changing graphics quality and other settings

Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix it? I appreciate any help!

FYI, someone told me to press Alt+Enter (2x) and it helps... waiting for the real fixing someday maybe
