Crypt Graphical Flickering and Citadel Beacons not showing

Been Having strange grahpical flickering on certain maps, Crypt , hidden grotto and a few others.Doesnt seem to be Every map just once inawhile.

And Also Citadels are not showing the beacons always. Dont know if this is intended or a bug?
