Healing does not work (POE2)

I've come across a strange bug lately that stops me from healing. I press 1 for healing, it indicates healing but nothing happens. The health is frozen. And no, it has nothing to to with any monster modifier, this is a bug of some kind. It's quite annoying, playing witch and all that sacrifices health during the use of different skills.

Oh, I just noticed. I very strange though, I've never had this problem before and now it has been a problem for the 4-5 last maps that I've done. It seems wierd that I've managed to get that exact mod on these last maps. Thanks anyways.
