Will Private Leagues be allowed/enabled for the Phrecia event? If not, please consider it...

I don't know anything about coding, or how your PL system works... but in my literal zero knowledge in these subjects, it seems like it would be easy to enable private leagues for the event. Why wouldn't GGG allow this? It's free money.
