Finality Notable does not have Distilled Emotions Formula

Hi, not sure if this is intentional or not, but since all other Passive Notables (that I looked at) seem to have a Distilled Emotions formula attached to them, I am guessing that the lack thereof on the Finality notable is accidental. Please correct.
