Passive skill points not refunded as intended

Hi im a level 89 infernal witch ign is esme_emberly and and this exact time and date I just Lost around 16 skill points while I tried to respec my character . I've read about the bug in reddit and the forums after this happened to me and some people said it got fixed after a while and some people are still stuck with it . So as a level 89 witch who was doing tier 15+ maps now I'm stuck with a 70 level character who can't clear the maps as easy and play the game as intended please Do something about this case since I've seen so many people having the same issue , thanks a bunch for the nice game ya'll developed
