Copper citadel

During Copper Citadel map boss fight, wind storm is able to kill me before the shield we are expected to hide behind even appears. A few times now I have attempted them and I have been left wondering what I did wrong. Only to then watch in my death screen as the barrier is created after I died. This may not be considered a bug but I believe something needs to be adjusted. It feel pretty bad dying to a mechanic that you cannot avoid. I am even able to tank the storm for a few seconds but in the end there is nothing I could do.
