Convert to In or Dex not working even with requirements met

As you can see not only do I meet the requirements for both Dex and int but far exceed for STR even with giants blood. It still tells me I cannot equip the weapon please help. Último bump em 16 de fev de 2025 19:54:10

Giant's Blood increases ALL weapon Attribute requirements, not just weapon Strength requirements.
