Currency and items disappearing

I downloaded the new patch on Xbox and started a map. Performance seemed great, until I noticed thay a regal orb I was about to pick up just disappeared.

Then a rare dual string bow did the same thing.

Then a Level 20 skill gem dropped, and then disappeared a few seconds later when I went to pick it up.

I changed item filters and these items were still gone.

I think I have 'short allocation' selected in my loot thing, but I wasn't in a party either way.

Edit: yup, it was just my presets got mixed around and I didn't see that I had clicked hide items.

Im dumb, please mods delete this if you can.

You probably have item highlighting turned off, can do it in settings I think or use left trigger + right on the dpad.

Same thing is happening to me on PS5. And I had not made any changes (there was a previous patch that unbound my keybind for portal).

Same thing was happening to my wife on Xbox, reloggong seems to have fixed the issue for her. I was on PC and was not having any issues.
