Stuck at patching
 Getting the same error with the same file over and over, WinMTR shows no problems. Tried switching between two different windows installations, rebooting switch/router/gpon, nothing helps.

Solved it by using VPN (lol), it seems that DPI hardware in my country doesn't like this particular file for some reason.
