Both co-op players stuck and cannot move or use portal. Poe2 EA on PS5 - Right after update 17-02-25

Path of Exile 2 PS5 Bug Co-op both players stuck cannot move cannot see characters, cannot use portal.

Tried to exit game and go back in but result is the same, tried with only one player in as well no luck. video of bug link below if needed
