Experience Exploit?

In the last week there have suddenly been 40+ more level 100s in standard league. Some of which appear to have been getting 15-20mil exp per hour at lvl 99. These are crazy numbers compared to what Ive seen.. Can we please look into if there are some sort of experience exploits going on?
