Flashback after hardcore transformation, normal area is normal

My other characters can run normally after entering the game, but when I enter the hardcore game, it crashes and I can't operate anything. I updated the driver, adjusted the game settings, and even downloaded the game again, but it's still the same. What else can I do to get me into the hardcore character
