Cant see character in the micro transactions shop

While in the shop I can not see a preview of the armours on my char.
The area for preview is solid blue.
I am on PC, win 11.
I have had this problem from the start in December, my wife is also on PC, win 10, hers is fine.
Is this a known bug or is there a way to solve it?
