Shop for Points Not Opening – Stuck on Loading

I’m trying to open the shop to purchase points, but it won’t load no matter how long I wait. I’ve already waited for 15 minutes, and it’s still not working.

I’d really appreciate a solution since the sales are only active for another 10 hours.
