Bots and/or Bad Actors?

I've been seeing a lot of people posting often negative sentiments on threads by GGG. That's not to say negative sentiments are unjustified, but these accounts have (or rather the lack of) the following...
-No supporter badges
-No challenges done in the current league (number by their name)
-Account is set to private
-No loot filters subscribed to (this is still viewable even on private accounts)

Is it safe to assume these are just bad actors and should be ignored?

More than likely they are new players (jumping onto POE 2 EA), in which case their profiles are set as PRIVATE BY DEFAULT (which has been the case for quite some time), and they are unfamiliar with the workings of GGG.

Or they could be Steam accounts that have not been linked with POE website accounts.

Or, second accounts purely for posting anonymously.

posting anonymously has its merits too tho.

its quite common to have someone check your profile and judge you based on the characters/gear/achievement that you have.

also on the flipside it can be rather amusing in the rare case that people call you out for not supporting the devs due to them not being able to see your badges. revealing the badges as a response surely is an interesting way to respond.

You are overthinking it.

Stopping negative discussions and complaints is unhealthy because venting is normal. If you see many people are "letting off steam" by sharing their complaints or anxieties. It just mean that people unhappy with POE and GGG is increasing.

lol actually had it happen.

when the dude pointed out i spent 0$ and mentioned i had so many complaints and so many posts. i replied while flashing all my badges.

didnt hear a word from him from since then.

so satisfying.

on a different note i agree to what awesome999 mentioned.

a lot of people are becoming more jaded with ggg. so alot of them are letting off steam.

some are being extremely nitpicky if we're being honest.

poe1 (or 2) is better! the other one is trash! omg! what a shitshow of a game!

then again i m actually happy for them. they come in, shit out their emotions in a concise manner then disappear.
