game crashes permanently! not playable

You start the game for the first time of the day and select the character... crash!
You enter the first map after what feels like 60s in the map... crash!
Now you log in again and the portal is gone or you can't get in with your colleague because you died. Waystone and exp gone.

I have now played for 30 minutes and just had 6 crashes.

Please fix the game, I don't want to go back to shitty Diablo :(
