Cannot Purchase Points/Packs on PS5

The featured/shop/guild/wishlist pages all seem to be functional but the points and packs pages has not been loading and I've been trying to purchase the map stash tab before the sale finishes in a few hours. Talked to at least one other person presently experiencing the same issue.

So I went ahead and purchased points via the PS Store directly and now they're not showing up, besides my receipts from the store. Not showing up in transactions here.

I think its safe to say I am cooked when it comes to saving my $3 on this sale. Sadge

SAme issue, reported it, waiting to hear back, hopefully do soon as i would like to buy the map stash, seems a bit unfair as they are in the sale right now!

I got an email back and they are working on it and will honor the sale

Commenting to say I have the same issue. Contacted support but haven't heard back since the first reply. I tried a purchase through the in-game store and via the PS store itself with neither working (Sony still charged me for both) Weirdly my mate was able to purchase points just fine on PS5.

Woke up today to no points.

Hopefully sometime later today I will be the proud parent of a baby map stash tab

I got a refund for the points through PS Store today and then re-bought them through the PoE 2 in-game microtransaction store and that worked no problem. Got my tabs and I am happy! Thanks GGG
