[0.1.1d] Infernalist ascendancy Altered Flesh - issue

Infernalist ascendancy node Altered Flesh: the player has 20% of lightning and cold damage as fire, and 20% of physical damage as chaos.

The lightning and cold changes show up in the character page, however the phys as chaos does not. Is this just an omission of display, or is the phys as chaos not being applied?
