Coc builds unplayable again

Well… in poe 1 was impossible for me to play coc builds, bad optimization of the game and my laptop, but I got a new PC, a 4060 súper graphics card… I do a coe (cast on evade) monk build and game becomes unplayable… I tried all moving things in poe 2 graphics… but its the same… cant play the game… we need a solution for that, I want to play for 1 time a cast on build with no problems… a solution for that?… or I will never will play a cast on build even in poe 2?…
