Loot disappearing on the ground in Vastiri Outskirts

After a few seconds of loot dropping on the ground, the items stay on the ground but the name and ability to pick it up disappear. This didn't happen the first time I cleared the area but it has been happening since.

For me, loot has been disappearing since Feb 7. It drops and vanishes within a few seconds. Only waystones stay lootable. There were short periods that it was fixed, but it always comes back.

Does it help to do the following?

Set "Always Highlight" in Options (Interface - Gameplay) to keep items highlighted; and

Ensure that "Toggle Item Visibility" is ON
- On controller, this was defaulted to second control set (LT + DPAD RIGHT)
- On keyboard, this is set by default to (Z) in Options (Input tab).
