Fake Death Glitch? (Half Solved)

Recently made a gemling stat stacker and finally got to 16.13 attacks per second at 0.06s attack time.

I'm currently running chaos inoculation, 2299 energy shield, 3361 mana and mind over matter (all damage taken from mana before life)

Whenever I map and speed through the map, my character would die, full energy shield and full mana. But this death isn't normal, my character would faint with nothing in comments saying im dead. I can still move my character around as he lays on the ground and "blink" around. My character will still take damage to mana and energy shield but has 0 HP.

I tested and let monsters hit me when I'm laying down and eventually, they would actually kill me and a comment saying I died.

If I don't let my character lay there and die from monsters, I could go back into character screen and re-enter the map like normal.

I'm running a normal ultimate life flask with just increased amount recovered and increased charges and melting maelstrom ultimate mana flask.

I tested the melting maelstrom just to be sure if that's been causing this but doesn't seem like that's the issue.

I'm not running anything that bypasses energy shield as well.

Has anyone had this issue before?

Found what was killing me

It was me using Berserk support gem
Level 19
20% qual + 14% qual gemling asc

grants 0.2% of physical attack leeched as life per rage
Lose 0.1% of life per rage per second while not losing rage
Grants 65% increased rage effect

tested in multiple maps with this turned off and no longer randomly glitch die.

still doesn't explain the death part though where I can still move around whilst laying on the ground, exiting the game and being able to return into the map.
