Map node glitched/Unable to progress mapping

There is only one direction on my map to get to the Iron Citadel and the only node that leads me towards that direction does not allow me to put a map in it to progress. The node has been like this for weeks and was hoping during maintenance times it would have remedied itself but to no avail. Any assistance will be great. I have taken a screenshot of the node but do not know how to upload it to this forum for additional context.
