Ultimatum bug I've faces on PC and PS5

I feel that Ultimatum is the most bugged activity right now.

Here's what I found:

1. PS5 split screen bug. *On trying to apply for an ascendency with 2 characters with a split screen whenever you run out of ultimatum tokens any other token you use takes you to the instance. Still, none of the characters seems to be marked by the game as the instance owner. So no one can interact with the trial panel having the notification like "only the instance owner can interact with the panel"

2. Textures dissipating on PS5 from time to time leaving half of the texture coverage "naked"

3. Sometimes I cant tp to my hideout from trials of chaos, but if I insistently clicking of re-opening it multiple times it lets me teleport.

4. On PC I cant put the fragments when interacting with the door (the same issue occurs with the 2 medallion part mechanic in Act 2). PS5 works fine

5. Today on attempting to enter to recently opened instance I got disconnected multiple times telling me "unexpected disconnection occurs" Then the instance become "no longer exists"

I have a similar problem in cooperative PS5 mode, but in the Trial of CHAOS, when we insert a stone and try to select a reward with a negative attribute, we receive the message: "only the instance owner can interact with the panel" and we can't proceed.
