PS5 Tower Bug

The last tower I cleared will not allow me to interact with it in order to place a tablet into it. I

I tried logging out and back in. I tried changing characters and found that it affects all of them.

This is pretty game breaking, especially since all characters share the same map in the endgame. This is one of the biggest and most desirable endgame mechanics. I do not want to be clearing maps without towers activated, so it seems like at this point the game is no longer worth playing. The game is very punishing (in terms of rewards) without utilizing these mechanics

Lastly, when I looked up this bug, I discovered that it has been an issue since December. So this game breaking bug has been an issue since launch. Please address this quickly.
