Arbiter Lost loot...why not fixed

Seriously i cant be the first to report this. Wehn youre doing arbiter in a party and the aprty lead dies and then arbiter dies and you click respawn the loot is gone, boss is gone and you wasted money.

Now is the question why in the world isnt that not fixed. Its an insanely horrendous Bug and the introduction of Respawns is a month old.
