Cant start new sekhemas trial

I did some trading for some new relics to start farming all my sekhemas stones ive collected.. but after getting all set up, when I port to the trial, I am unable to interact with the altar to start the trial.

Ive logged out multiple times, swapped servers, played on a different character for a few hours.. but when I go back to my main character and to the trial, I still cant open it.

Any ideas?
