Iron Citatel cannot be completed (Bug Report ID: #2690470806)

As stated in the title the Iron Citadel cannot be completed.
After you kill the "Mad Wolf" or at least appear to kill him, the overlay map states that there is still one more monster to kill while you are located in the boss arena.
Transitioning to "The Iron Citadel" and checking the overlay map continues to state that there is one more monster remaining.

The issue really is that if you can't complete the map you can't navigate the nodes that are directly linked to the Iron Citadel node in the atlas. But I guess that is obvious.
