Crash on Killing Rare Enemy

This has been happening every few maps or so. I will kill a rare enemy and I think something to do with its on death effect will crash my game to desktop. If I load back into the map after crashing and approach the location where the rare was slain the game will crash again.

This bug currently is leading to incompletable maps, and lost loot on the ground.
