Haven’t received my points from MTX store
Hi,
I bought points on PlayStation store on the 5th of January which was never delivered to me. I’ve been in contact with GGG support and got one response over a month ago asking for more info which I sent and I haven’t heard anything since. I contacted PlayStation for a solution and I was told everything is fine on PlayStations end, it’s the developers responsibility and need to contact support to resolve this issue which I’ve also done and again no response…. I have the receipt of the transaction from PlayStation but never received one from GGG like I normally do. Since I’m being ignored from GGG support I’ve posted here to try and get some attention as it’s been over a month. Último bump em 18 de fev de 2025 18:35:16
