Monsters basic attacks to charged attacks completely ignoring my Energy Shield.

Just as the title say, I cant figure out what stat or maybe this is a bug. Im a lvl 85 Deadeye hunter mostly Evasion built and started to build some Energy shield I am not sure why i'm taking HP first instead of my ES.
