Combat frenzy skiil gem

Is there anyone else experiencing the missing combat frenzy bug and the charged staff not working bug. I personally believe that this has been deliberately done to me for whatever reason. I have two monks I use one that has the actual combat frenzy skill gem that works and was working fine along with charged staff on this particular monk. I created a new monk to try out a new build and all of a sudden, the combat frenzy gem is completely gone from the game and charged staff skill gem is not working at all. Now mind you before I created the second monk both skill gems were working fine. Only problem with the first character monk now is charged staff has completely stop working and I can't craft another combat frenzy gem with the first character because now its missing with that character. Yes, I do have combat frenzy equipped on the first monk, but the build is ruined because charge staff has stopped working. I paid for this beta, and I expect to be treated fairly but it seems foul play is at hand. I haven't seen this problem posted by anyone else anywhere which leads me to believe it is deliberate Must I contact PlayStation about the problem, or will someone check into this on the support side? I'm just looking for fair treatment.
