I'm also using 3 +1 rage on hit magic corrupted and there is no bonus from adorned.

I'm also testing out the Adorned and it is not working for any value that is 1. It does not boost 1% to max elemental resists. If that is the case, it probably also does not boost 1% to mana on kill either.
