3 blue screens in 10 hours since patch 0.1.1d Hotfix

I had 3 blue screens since patch 0.1.1d Hotfix1. I cannot see the exact reason on my screen because it is blurred while crashing. I can see AMD in the text. I am using vulcan since it improves perfomance for me. My system is a Ryzen 7 5800X / AMD RX6800XT / 32GB RAM / Windows 11 (latest).

My system never crashes with blue screens. How can I support GGG further with information? I checked the event display in windows but couldn`t find anything related to the problem.

EDIT:
Switched to DirectX12 to be sure that it is vulcan related but got a new crash 10 minutes ago.
