Can't enter and then complete Trial of Chaos

Hello. I used portal to go there and inserted Chaos keystone. Gate opened, but i tried to enter it 5+ times and each time it was server disconnect each time.
I quit game and relog, chaos is opened but cannot enter still.
Changed game language, and finally entered it.
I completed 2 first rooms, everything ok, but in next room there was challenge to move 3 vaal soul cores. But altars are not interactable even i wear and have soul core seen on my characted behind. Cannot proceed futher. Tried to relaunch game/character, and Chaos just closed, no rewards, no key...
