Worst support EVER ...

I can understand that You have lots of mail reports about bugs / lost accounts / other stuff, but it is NOT normal for someone to wait more then 2 months for reply.

I lost my first account with all stash tabs purchases and characters I played with because of mandatory STEAM account merging.

I sent multiple emails, messages on this site, created threads here on forum but NOTHING. I got some generic email from support asking for my ingame username (witch I sent in email to witch I got reply).

I never had such bad technical support experience, so bad It does NOT EXIST !!!

I even bought game again to play until they restore my old account.

But now I decided to quit playing all together as I don't want to spend money again on stash tabs and other purchases.

I know lot of people had this problem (lots of forum threads were created for that specific issue), so I know I am not some custom case.

THE WORST SUPPORT EVER ...
