Cannot enter trial of chaos anymore

I died on the 3rd trial, in attempt to enter again.I cant open it again. I tried restarting the client, teleporting to other instance and back, change character and open the trial there then tried opening it and still not working

Had this issue too. I replicated it by leaving the previous trial door open and then going back to town. After I re-entered the portal, I experienced the bug show in the video.
1) Trial door open from failed run 2) use portal to go to town 3) re-enter portal trial of chaos 4) Bugged instance |
